I frequent this gas station because it is so close to where I live. I have never had a problem before and the workers have been kind to me every time that I go. But, since I go here quite often, I have noticed how inaccessible it is. There are no accessible parking spots. The doors are not automatic and is not motorized either. Someone with mobility issues or less strength in their hands might find it hard to get inside without someone else helping. The aisles are also pretty narrow and someone who might have a mobility aid might find it hard to navigate through the store. I understand that it is not quite that simple to make these changes but I think it is important to consider for any customers. For example, even someone without a permanent disability such as a broken leg would benefit from a push to open door or more space between the aisles.

Quick place to stop and get gas or a snack/drink, convenience store was clean and checkout easy. Plenty of room to navigate pumps though entry/exit was a bit dicey.

On July 26 at 7:55 PM, I, Kenneth Smith, an African American man, paid for gas at the tank and walked into Shell USA gas station establishment. I noticed the cashier, who is an older white woman by the name of Cindy, watching me the entire time I was in the store and ignoring the rest of the customers. I grabbed two water bottles and went to the cash register. Cindy informed me that I needed to be ID for the waters and would not ring me up without proof of identity. When I asked for an explanation, I was told “The FDA passed a new law that if water has too much electrolytes it needs to be carded”. Because I did not want to cause a scene, I complied. When I went to pay, she looked at me and stated “Smile so your face isn’t so ugly”. After this, I left without paying attention to this or creating a scene. This is highly offensive and demeaning towards me. I cannot believe after walking into a gas station this could happen to me…in 2024. This does not show a promising future for many who look like me and others of different backgrounds by doing business with a company like this.

The women manager was rude as hell. She wasn’t using her words nor was there a sign on the door saying the store was closed. She kept gesturing throat cutting gestures to every guest coming in. If a store is to be “closed” there should be operating hours. I work in a retail space and have never experienced such a disgust with the public as the women I dealt with tonight. After even asking to use her words she stared at a mass of people in disgust. She should not be in service. If she is so genuinely disgusted with her job then maybe make a change. Community doesn’t change without each other and her actions tonight should how she felt about herself. Do better.

I went here this morning and experienced discrimination from the STORE GM supposedly she is the GM of the store, HER NAME IS LINA. I came in to purchase tobacco products and I was clearly discriminated against, it’s sad because she is supposed to be the GM of the store. I would assume if she is discriminating against customers she is treating her employees even worst. She must be a horrible person with the way she treated me today. I do not understand what I did to get discriminated. She also is not the brightest because she cannot read an ID properly, nor did she even attempt to scan my drivers license that I use going in and out of an airport?? She obviously should not hold the position that she does if she cannot properly do her job. I am reporting this to the BBB as well. I do not believe anyone else should endure the problems brought upon the store GM, Lina.

Open 24 hours however, from 12am-5am if you want anything in the store you have to go up to the window and push the red button to ask for items in the store. There is a decent size cubby that can accommodate 12 packs and many other store items. A little inconvenient,but still gets the job done if you’re going in for a quick beer run or for some snacks.

Very poor experience. I went in to purchase an energy drink. The label directly under the drink say $2.49 or 2/$3.50. When I checked out the cashier, Zach, said my total was over $6. When I asked him about the sign he said the Imported Monsters were never on sale and that they were $3.19. So I questioned why the sign said 2/$3.50 I was purchasing two. His explanation was that the sign must have slipped over the drink. Another cashier went to go check and lo and behold, there was no other sign. When I asked about it his response was to rudely say, "Well, I can refund you and you can pick something else out." Terrible terrible customer service. What's worse is that they just said that the store was reset earlier in the month and they admitted that someone must have put the sign up incorrectly. Explain to me how that is my fault as a consumer? When I asked for the number of the manager to call, they had me write a note on a piece of receipt tape which I doubt the manager will even get. Horrible horrible horrible.

I work night shifts and I need receipts for gas after I leave osu from a long distance trips. Waited like 20 minutes with some random guy outside in the rain just for no one to show up.. Don't say open 24 hours if you dont have anyone operating within those hours.

Most expensive gas station from my experience in columbus. Always the highest priced. They almost towed my car once too because they thought I'm parked there and not buying anything. Subway inside is good

Close campus gas station with the prices to show. Drive to Turkey Hill if you're in a pinch. Shell gas. You won't be bored pumping gas since there is GasTV !! It's a ploy to spend more money so watch out for those bloopers, they will cost you.
