I was just here mid pump they decided to shut down the gas station and the lady working did not tell anyone or explain to anyone that they are closed. The “manager” came in and told us they were closed with no reasoning when online says 24/7. All the pump stations were busy and they just turned off the pump! This happened at 9:50pm. If they were closing early at 10 I understand but at least tell your customers and close at 10 not 10 mins early !! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH THE EMPLOYEE AND “MANAGER”! DO BETTER !!

Some pumps don't stop when do automatic filling, had about 1.5 gallon pouring out of our tank. It is SO dangerous and according to the people who work there, it is not the first time. They had very unpleasant attitude when was trying to let them know the issue.

So my tires were low on air. I go in to get change and the rude cashier there at 8:56pm EST l on Tuesday October 17 refused to cash my dollar to give me quarters to use the machine to pump air in my tires. Thanks for nothing. Hope it happens to you one day.

Questionable fluctuating gas prices. You will literally see gas prices spike up 30 cent per gallon in a matter of hours. I know gas can go up but this shell site is all over the place with their prices.

The place had a bad gas delivery or something gas tank was filled, 1/16 of the tank was water. Car start misfiring after I ran the tank down, filled up again went away, tank went down to 1/16 again, decided to take a fuel sample from my injector rail. Water legit water mixed in with the fuel.

Prepaid for gas inside the store and when i went to fill, pump price was 20 cents higher then what i had paid inside and what was advertised. Seems like they are doing this alot. The gentleman behind the counter said he had just changed the price in the time ofbprepaying inaide and walking to the pump.

Love the renovations! But if u smoke- make sure to bring ID bc they need it or the register won't ring up your order

The car wash service was the worst yet!! This was my second time using the car wash cause I liked my first experience,but the guy who assisted me was so irritated by everything I do...first u forgot my receipt and that annoyed him cause he had to go get one,then he doesn't tell me what I need to do,I forget to put my car In neutral and I put it in park instead...he comes storming back and tell me I'm testing his patience.very bad experience I won't be using that she'll and I use it quite regularly
