I paid 75$ for a detailed wash inside and out. After they washed it the car was still like never washed. I called the manager on duty and asked him he said well thats how our detail wash is. But still toke the car again to wash and came out with a broken wind visor or rain guard. The manager on duty was so rude and treating customers with his horrible service. He would say fix it your self. I didn't broke it. It’s the machine broke your car. I had to clean my car by my self after paying 75$. I would never go there again neither would recommend. After reviewing the reviews Most of the 5stars look fake. GUYS TAKE CARE IF YOU ARE GOING THERE. You will be disappointed and called responsible for their mistakes. They broke my car and said they are not responsible. Thats sad

Really sad that I have to write a review about a place I’ve been a member for years. Went today July 8th got my my wash but decided to do an interior detail. Guy sold be the $112 packaged saying it was the best one. Ok got it, waited like 1:30 minutes no problem at all when I got my car they disconnect my under seat subwoofer and put it in the trunk like it was my responsibility to Put it back. The detail was horrible!!! Look at the picture for yourself. Thinking about if I should continue to be a member at this place . What a disappointment!!!
Poor service in general. I paid for membership and included the "rain guard" which is sprayed on manually after the vehicle exits the wash but they never figure out why I am waiting after they wipe the outside of the car. I have to get someone to do it and then they question that I paid for it. The hours are erratic. Rarely open until the advertised close time. How do I cancel my membership?
They always have friendly and kind service and do a great job cleaning inside and out! I always drive away feeling like I got a great deal and my car looks great.

Those guys are honest and responsible at doing there job. Prices are quite fair, people are nice. Had our cars washed there a few times, everything was very smooth. Smiling workers = happy customers!
WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 1. the quality of the wash is garbage, would have been cleaner after a good thunderstorm. 2. if you’re one of the rare unlucky ones and your car sustains any kind of damage, they will screw you. I made the mistake of going here and got my alloy wheels scuffed up by the guide rail mechanism. Heard clunks and got out immediately at the other end to find this ^. No manager on premise. Found assistant manager and he told me to come back the next day to meet with location manager, Bruno Fernandez. Bruno did nothing but deny. I got this car barely 4 months prior, had just looked at the wheels that morning noticed some break dust, hence the car wash. 1000% happened here. Wheels on the other side that didn’t go through the rails? Still mint!! Bruno refused to give me the contact for the regional manager and the corporate customer service is literally just one lady for the whole national chain. Took 3 days and several phone calls before I finally got in touch with the regional manager, Manny Rangel, who agreed to meet with me. Manny was the only reasonable person and offered to cover the cost of the two damaged wheels.. SO IT SEEMED.. told me to get a quote and send it to him and they’d take care of it.. Guess what, it’s been RADIO SILENCE EVER SINCE!! Not a single text or call back, no response to my emails from either him or the customer service manager!! Complete waste of time and now I’m in the hole $1800!! Absolutely abysmal experience. Dishonest leadership peddling a garbage service. If I didn’t have anything better to do I’d stand at the entrance every single day to warn you all to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
