The system is very dirty inside had to scrap hard dust off the walls of system. Probably have to get professionals to check it make sure theres no mold or asbestos inside. I hate turning it on. Plus I get tired of the people above me throwing stuff on my balcony. One day ten cigarette butts. Another day candy. Then another lady waters her plant and lets it drip all on our table. Whats wrong wth these people. Several complaints and nothing. Parking:  you only have one per household. They have three and office sent letters and still have three park in front of bldg. One has handicap and doesnt even drive that car. Who can I talk to next. Owner. Corporate. Who

affordable, modern, great space, great neighbors, and professional staff. My husband and i love it here. Plus our cat ☺️
