Just got off the phone with Anita over there at Sheridan homes. I'm sorry to have to say that it was an absolute horror speaking with her. Just her nasty attitude and ignorance on simple questions that SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANSWER. If you're going to have someone answer the phone, at least make sure he/she is professional and knowledgeable.
