Do not believe any of these positive reviews! Emily offers to pay people for good reviews! She did this to us! We didn't accept any money but wrote her a review because of course picking out your home, and decor is fun and enjoyable! But just wait till you see the product they deliver! It's a joke! They play the blame game and point the finger at every one else but themselves! Ya, she can sell you, but that's all she can do! Please please please don't fall for this place like we did! It's April and we are still not in our home! Emily promised me we would be in by Thanksgiving....then Christmas! Still not completed and she's blamed everyone else!!! Take some responsibility! I wish I could post pictures of what you get! We had to finish the inside of our home ourselves! We have also had contractors contact us about them not being paid, and now they are taking them to court!

I am currently in the process of purchasing a home from Factory Homes. My sales person is Emily Haigler. So far she has been a blessing. I am impressed with her knowledge of the process for getting through this extensive program. Emily was an excellent resource for the house options, interior design, and up-grades to make my new home not only functional but ascetically pleasing. I feel my new home will be a pleasure to live in. Thank You Emily

Emily at Factory Homes in Rock Springs has been amazing to work with and is helping us get into the home we have dreamed about for years. She has been very helpful and patient. Walking us through every step of the process and taking the time to make sure we understand every step.

Customer service was good picking out/ordering the home; and the contractors that were hired to complete the work by Factory Homes Outlet were fantastic. The process was longer than expected and the quality of the home was not the best. Emily was kind and helpful through the entire process.

This is absolutely the WORST company! They can sure sell you, and make promises, but they can not keep or stand by anything they say!! I can guarantee the reviews on here are paid for! The quality of the home is extremely disappointing!!! We were promised several times to be in our home by thanksgiving.....then they said Christmas....now its March and we are still not in! We have had several problems with the home... leaky roof, a furnace that is not large enough to heat our home,---the company suggested we purchase space heaters to solve this problem, poor finish work (my husband and I have to finish the home ourselves). A contractor got in touch with us to let us know they are going to court to try and get payment from them. This is not the first I've heard of this company not paying there contractors! I have been in touch with others that have purchased a home from this company and they are dealing with many troubles like we are. Apparently they don't pay there contractors but sure want there money. How bout you finish the house first???? Crazy idea! The list is long on why you shouldn't purchase from them. Please save your time, money and sanity and go somewhere else!!!!
