Sheridan's

We had a small, four-person company meeting at Sheridan's, with four people staying two nights and having a meeting in the dining area. Everything about this property in impeccable. So nicely done, lovely and historic. The food and service were both exemplary. The communication and the billing were prompt and professional. The facility is so beautiful and the neighborhood is cute and convenient to the lake, downtown and the airport. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very well-appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high-quality. I highly recommend Sheridan's for work of pleasure travel.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The check-in was seamless and the rooms were beautiful. I had a single room and a two bedroom two bathroom suite. The suite was great plenty of storage and closet space and privacy between the two bedrooms. The single room was very nice as well I love the showers with the sideways heads give you a very invigorating shower! The breakfast was delicious and was brought to our room since the restaurant is closed. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful I will definitely be staying here again.

Love staying at Sheridan’s when we are visiting from MN. Absolutely beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable rooms. The best beds and pillows of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a delight and any dietary restrictions are easily accommodated. Love Sheridan’s. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The inn is very comfortable. Check-in process was easy. Great communication from the owners. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was as well with a great shower. It is in a safe and secure area. Only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. It was super clean! The breakfast was excellent. Thanks again!

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was pretty nice and welcoming I will say. Only issue I had was how the breakfast was delivered . With them asking about any food restrictions etc. that it would be honored and when they ask about how many guest that’s how it would be served. I was confused when we received one oj , one cranberry juice, a slice of a quiche with a request of no beef or pork for one guest and it was all on the same plate so it appeared to be a tray setup for one. We were unaware it was shareable breakfast which was fine if it didn’t have what the other person didn’t eat on the same plate. When we spoke to staff who indicated she was unaware of the request but could scrap off something to replace what was given REALLY left a bad taste in my mouth. I appreciate staff trying to fix even bringing condiments we needed but using the term “scape “ something together just didn’t sit right. I requested to speak to a manager just to address my concern that’s it! I Would have given them five stars cause this location was very nice and I’ve stayed at a few bed and breakfast but after the email I received today I was left feeling VERY offended. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

This bed and breakfast is perfect. the room was lovely and having breakfast at your door by 9am was amazing and delicious. It’s also so quiet and calm. Looking forward to staying there again!Rooms: 5/5

I have been staying here for years when I am in town for business. The ease of check in, the competent and friendly staff, the location and decor, and coming "home" each day to an inviting fire is a wonderful touch. The location is very close to wonderful eateries, the lake, parks, airport, and a link to downtown!Rooms: 5/5

Absolutely wonderful! We had the Spanish suite. I cannot wait to visit again. Beautiful details all throughout. Impeccable. Comfort is priority. Hot tub perfect. Many lights throughout the room. Completely tranquil area with no noise to be heard day or night. Loved it!Rooms: 5/5

my new husband and I adored the intimate atmosphere of the Bnb. it was the perfect place to return to and enjoy ourselves after getting married. the suite we ordered was lovely and breakfast brought to us every morning made us feel like royalty! I think a extra soft an fluffy comforter on the bed would of made the stay heavenly hope to stay again. maybe for our anniversary :
