1. It took me FIVE DAYS to get it. I ordered online on a Saturday afternoon and and figured it wouldn't be ready until the next day. What I DIDN'T expect was that it wouldn't be ready until the following Thursday. 2. When I went in to pick it, the guy behind the counter had NO CLUE what I was there to pick up. I offered to give him the order number, but he ignored me and found it himself - or so I thought. He took a gallon can off the shelf behind the counter, and I told him that it was only supposed to be a quart. He looked at the screen again and oh, yeah Emerald Exterior. Exterior? Did I order that my mistake? I checked my confirmation and it said interior, so I let him know. He took a quart can off the shelf, put in on the mixer and gave it to me. 3. I DID NOT at all get what I had ordered. When I got home and opened the can, it was pure white. I compared it to some paint the same color as what I had order but a different finish just to be sure, and they had definitely given me PLAIN WHITE. I had noticed that he didn't tint it, but I thought that was because it had already been done because they had FIVE DAYS to get my order right. When I received the email that my order was ready, I picked it up under the assumption that it was indeed READY, as in ALREADY TINTED. 4. Apparently, this was all MY fault. I went back to the store and had to wait for 20 minutes. While I understand that there were other customers ahead of me, this was something that I SHOULD NOT have had to be doing. I told the other guy behind the counter that my paint had not been tinted per my order. He took the paint, tinted it, showed it to me and gave it back. No "I apologize for the inconvenience." or "Thank you for your patience." Just a 'here you go' because clearly it was my fault for not checking it when I left the first time.
Came in needing a paint match for stucco, my sample was too small for their machine. The place was super busy and I could tell the workers had big and complicated orders happening. But Jenna gave me super customer service and made a perfect match happen without the fancy machine, she took the time to get it right and made me feel as important as the 150 gallon orders they were working on. A+++ customer service and result, super cool under pressure.
Both staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Customer service was fantastic.
I needed a paintbrush to touch up a wall that was creatively designed by my little one. Brad helped me to find the best option at a reasonable price. He have great customer service because he cares and understands. Awesome experience.
It doesn't matter what scherwin williams I go into so far like this store I went in with several colors for them to match and again spot on Ashley is very helpful and nice
My husband had called the store to ask if they had any N95 masks available. Fortunately they did. We asked the clerk to hold a box for us. When we arrived at the store, the masks were waiting. We made our purchase.
Great paint. Exceptional service. The specialist behind the counter Brad was exceptionally knowledgeable about the paint and primer combination needed for my house exterior challenge. Well done!!!
the store is fine. the sales staff are good at their job. Don't answer the dumb survey. the SW marketing people aren't fun.
The young man was very polite. patience with me. Took the time to look up information. He was knowledgeable. I think his name was Brad.
