Seafood closed early. All of the seafood was still out- not put away or covered OSHA hazard. Was told to come back another day- the staff in the deli did not help previously I received help

Lots of improvements here. This was my regular market for years. Then it started to slide in a negative way. Floors were dirty,etc. They are definitely working hard to keep their customers. It's cleaner. Better stocked shelves and cold cases.

I will no longer shop at the Oxford and Levick location ever I did a online order, went to pick it up at my pick-up time and was told that my groceries weren’t ready because they were under staffed and come back the next morning. Went home and received a e-mail that night that they canceled my order after telling me I could pick my groceries up the next morning. I called the store to discuss the issue and the young lady on the phone said “she called me but did not leave a message” and I explained that I had no missed calls from the supermarket and she just said “well unfortunately we’re behind on orders” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE!

I was surprised to see the parking lot practically full in the afternoon today. The lines looked pretty good when I walked in. By the time I finished shopping there were only 4 lines available. All were full and hardly moving. That wasn’t the worst of my visit. Aside from price hike for food today. Shop rite freshly smokes ribs. Well today I went over to the counter and the ribs looked a little dark. I thought maybe they were cooked a bit longer or it was the seasoning they used. It was neither. The ribs looked as if they were two days old and stale. I couldn’t believe that shop rite would sell something that looks as if it should be placed in the trash. If the standard of fresh food has gone this low. I will pass on going there again.

Great experience a very nice worker helped me a lot. I just think that when it comes to the ebt they need to have an option to type the numbers in. Other than that very nice and staff was nice and accommodating.

I think this shop rite is really good here’s why, the shells are always stocked. The staff are always willing to help and the place is so organized. They also have a halal meat section which is cheap if I do say so myself. This shop rite is a place I would recommended for Muslims like me trying to find halal meat. Hope you found this helpful •ө•

Oh the workers are nice and polite. They get 5 stars for that. The prices are out of control. The cheaper brands are practically non-existent with food items especially.

Horrific conditions where the produce is kept in the cold cases. If you look up you will see there is rust and mold dripping from the top where the water sprays. I asked a manger about it and he kind of blew me off like oh we are getting new cases you have to bare with us not absolutely no excuse

I recently experienced one of the employees, Brenda, giving me a difficult time at the alcohol check out. I was very polite with her and didn’t try to argue too much because I understand people just want to do their jobs. However, I just got my state ID renewed and received the VALID but temporary scannable paper in mail to use. Brenda didn’t even give me an opportunity to show or explain my situation. She was extremely dismissive and cold and immediately rejected me and I didn’t understand why. Brenda explained that I needed a PHOTO ID however, if the state gives me a valid temporary copy, and says I can use it up to 60 days, then I should have been able to get my purchases last night. If this is a store policy please make it well known with your customers because I would feel bad if other people had to experience the same contemptuous encounter I had.
