The service couldn’t have been better. Josh spent a 1/2 hour making sure I got the right shoes. The store was busy but he never stopped helping me. I think I got the perfect shoes.

My family and I have been customers of Shus for nearly 10 years, so I was astonished when I attempted to use a gift card, (which had no expiration date, yet had apparently become obsolete due to a change in their computer system) and I was told by the owner of the company that there was absolutely NOTHING HE COULD DO for me. As a small business owner, I would never say this to a customer. In the interest of keeping a client, I would at least try to make a small concession—say a slightly reduced price or another small token gesture, even if I could not honor the gift card. By declining my $30 gift card, he has lost any future business from my family. In a retail market filled with internet competition, I would think that he would understand the ramifications of this kind of treatment.

I've been going to Shu's off and on for years. I've never received exceptional service and never bad service. Today I was beyond impressed. I definitely felt like I received exceptional service. Michael helped me with new insoles and gave me a new pair of shoes to take for a spin while waiting. He made me feel like a truly valued customer. He gave me great tips for my feet and places to go to work out those runner muscles. Thank you for going above and beyond! I will be back for those Freedom Saucony's!
