Idaho Mountain Touring

Josh spent at least 3 hours with my wife and I, helping us with our bicycle purchase. He was very patient and went out of his way to educate us on all of the options available. He was very easy to work with and did a great job making us feel comfortable. He walked us through all of the accessories from pedals to helmets and was very informative through the entire process. Before we left the store, he made sure that everything was dialed in just right and went through a very detailed delivery. Thank you Josh and IMT for a great experience! #watchoutrodents

Very easy to rent bikes from here. you can easily ride to the mountains and get back before the store closes. The bikes were new and worked fine.

Super misleading price quotes. A $50 flat repair seems ridiculous, it was ridiculous when i thought it would be about $30 but needed it done in a hurry. Poor communication and customer service.
