Excellent customer service, I strongly recommend The Backcountry Pursuit to anyone looking to buy or sell equipment. Tyson, the owner, thoroughly explained to me to options of selling vs. shipping my bike halfway across the country. Ultimately, we determined shipping was the best option for my needs. I shipped my bike through a different company which had no financial gain for The Backcountry Pursuit and Tyson went above and beyond to help me with the process. Given that I had a short time frame with my move out of Boise, I would not have been able to ship my bike without his assistance. I trust this team with their honest advise on buying, selling, and shipping equipment. They are a fair and generous team that is passionate about gear and customer service, regardless if there if financial gain for the company. I will definitely use their services again and strongly recommend The Backcountry Pursuit to my friends and family.
