This place is exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to customer service. Son's chain jumped off and was horribly twisted. After my own attempts at repair failed, I reluctantly took the bike in to get repaired. After hearing that the wait time was a couple of weeks out, I figured I'd go look for another shop when Karl informed me he would just do it real quick. Not only was everyone in the shop great, they took care of a problem I couldn't solve and charged an extremely fair price too. I will be going back for all my bike tune-up, repair, and accessory needs.

Stopped in for the first time just to pass some time. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Cliff who welcomed me in and encourage me to browse around. He didn't seem put off at all that I wasn't a big spender, which made me wish I needed something. The store was super clean and well organized. After about five minutes Cliff came over and asked if I had any questions. We chatted a bit about the cruiser bikes and he was super kind considering I didn't know a lick about them. I will definitely return.

The service here is definitely top-notch. I'm just getting into triathlons and all the employees have been super helpful setting me up. You get lots of attention/help here and these guys definitely know what they're talking about. Try it out!

My son was having a problem with his bike and we took it in to have someone look at it. I I have to give Justin a big thank you for his help. He took some time with us and found the issue and gave us a good deal (and advice ) on getting his bike back up and on the road. I appreciate the personal service and attention. Well be back !
