Heard lot about it so wanted to give a try ; few issues 1no air conditioner it was so hot inside 2 chicken was not cooked/pressed all the way half of my sandwich was cold inside.. rest was OK
Delicious toasted sandwiches and sides. I tried the roasted portobello sandwich vegetarian and a side salad with avocado. The side pasta salad is delicious, and a little sweet, as well.
Best lunch spot downtown. The Jumping Beef sandwich is a must. Try the hot sauce, and don’t forget the tres leches cake!
The portabella is excellent. Finely sliced mushroom, the way I like it. A number of vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommended spot for all.
Amazing little hole on the wall place. I didn't know what to expect--- and the food was absolutely delicious. I got their fish sandwich and I can't wait to go again.
Everyone's sleeping on that number 1 Latin Chicken Club. It's probably the best sandwich I've had in town. The other sandwiches are great too, but this one stands out for me. The cilantro pasta is amazing. Definitely also try the potato chips as the side for your combo -- dipping the chips in the hot sauce is heavenly. You may also want to consider ordering an extra hot sauce or two. The hot sauce is not very hot. The owner and staff are super nice and very accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this place!
I love this place. Delicious sandwiches. I always get the Latin style chicken club with a passionfruit salad. The hot sauce is great. Apparently recently they've started doing specials which my friends also loved. The only issue I ever have is the consistency of the flavor of the food. I can order the same sandwich on three different days and also have three different opinions on it. Sometimes I leave feeling like I had a very bland meal, but most times it's the most tasty chicken sandwich I've ever had. Totally worth the gamble though hahaha
It was okay. Definitely better than all fast food chains, but did not meet expectations—had heard really good things and was looking for more variety from Columbus food scene after living in Philadelphia—options here seem limited, lots of American bar food or average tacos. Had the chicken salad sandwich. Sauce was the best part. Went at 2:20pm, may have been better during rush hour when things were fresh... Well priced for what it was.
Really good place to get a bite to eat. There are several Peruvian food types at this location and often they have unique desserts. Some foods listed on the menue say things like Latin turkey and bacon sandwich, really just a BLT with turkey and jalapenos. They have toasted buns that are very good, but can be rough on your mouth when chewing. It is a fairly open dining area and traffic can be hectic during busy times. There is usually a line at least 5-10 people deep but that depends on when you show up there for lunch. All in all a good place to dine for something a little more unique.
Food is pretty good but always check your order before you leave. They have screwed up my orders before so today I checked my sandwich. There was bacon on it, even though I asked for no bacon. They hurriedly made another one and my grilled cheese was not even grilled. A little brown on one side, the other side completely white. I would like to try their egg salad but both times I ordered it they say they don't have any
