Sights and sounds is truly the best of the best. Brent and their other employees have really gone above and beyond countless of times for me and can't thank them enough! I use this company regularly and have never been disappointed.

My recent experience with these guys: unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive on our project. I had Sights and Sounds video tape a speaker for a 1 1/2 hour nonprofit presentation on January 11th, 2014. We asked them to video tape it and do some light editing. We were promised to have a finished video the following week. When that time came the video was not ready, but the bigger problem was it was hard to get a return call, or email. When finally I reached them, Brett apologized and said that "things had been crazy with the setup of other events". OK, we understood - and they gave us another estimated time of completion. That time also came and went without a finished video and I was given yet another promise of completion when I visited their studio, that they also failed to meet. This game has continued for what is approaching two and a half months on a project that could have been completed by a 10th grader in a few hours at most. It has been very frustrating and disappointing. It is now March 25th, and there is no video, and worse, I cannot get a response from them. I even offered to pay them for the raw video, so we could find someone else to edit it - this resulted in yet another unreturned phone call - their MO on this project. We had depended on this video to do some follow up instruction and we are now hopelessly behind in our project work. Note to Sights and Sounds - your customers really do not care to hear that you are busy with other projects. That is really your problem. They only care about you meeting your commitments. We will not be using these guys again for any future work.
