This is the best company around for your Audio visual needs. We have been family owned since 1980. The above 1 star review was written by someone who worked for a rival company in order to discredit the hard work my parents have done. You don't stay in business 37 years by doing what that above reviewer so maliciously accused the company of. Google needs to take down Jakes review immediately as it holds no merit and is nothing more than hateful spam.

If I could give no stars I would, this place was awful! There is a reason why smileys audio has supposedly been around for decades and have ZERO reviews, yet on their website it states "friendly service" since 1980 but also states they have been around for 29 years? Its 2014 can the owner not do basic math or are they full of it, you be the judge. I cant imagine anyone in their right mind would buy anything from here. Let alone have them install it. I had many questions as I wanted to have an entire security system set up for my business, after many failed attempts I finally got to someone. Long story short they were beyond rude, very short with me, knew next to nothing about the products I was looking at on their own website. I don't understand how you can not know about the products on YOUR website. Do you not want my business? It was so bad that I asked to speak to someone else, turns out I was speaking to one of the owners. That explained it all. Unknowledgeable rude owner= run away and take your money elsewhere. After the whole ordeal I was chatting with an employee of mine about it and turns out he had bought a home sound system from here that stopped working after 45 days for no reason, they refused him a refund and told him he must of had a "lemon" yet didn't do a thing to help him or fix it. Take your money to best buy or a local pawn shop for that matter anywhere is probably better than this dump!
