They sold me a Telex earset, the type used as an ear prompter, $75. When I began using it on auditions and projects, I kept having a problem with the earbud popping out of my ear. I determined that the loop coming down to the ear canal was too short and should have been a longer loop. I confirmed it when I compared mine to another unit. When I returned to the store to see if they would switch out the tubing for a correct length, they made me wait forever, as if trying to make me go away. When they finally came back, they were rude and just looked at me as if to say "too bad". Well, too bad for them...I will NEVER shop there again and I have told EVERYONE I know how nasty and unprofessional they are. If they treat you like that on a $75 purchase, would you trust them with a $7500 purchase or more? BEWARE.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very helpful and our church was able to purchase some high quality used gear that we would not have been able to afford new.
