Last minute nearly impossible itineraries were easily accommodated despite impending Winter storm and holiday Americana chaos. It’s the only Rodeo in town, so projected and assumed superiority is expected; is what it is, people.
Very helpful FBO. Nice facility that is so close to the main terminal that you do have to X-ray your bags etc, but they are efficient and fast.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. Unfortunately, there is no way on google to rate with 0 stars. The worst Signature FBO that I have ever seen in my entire life as a pilot. I have flown with my company and as a GA pilot and both time I have received extremely bad service. Costumer service from the ramp agents to the ladies behind the counter its very bad. I haven't even open the door of the plane and you can tell how bad the costumer service is. Very Mean personnel, very bad attention, very bad manners from the ramp guys. I wish I could not come back to this place.

Signature Flight Boston has the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. The Agent behind the check-in counter was the rudest person for no reason. I approached her and gave my tail number and she looked at me as if I didn't belong. Then proceeded to ask if I was flying out. Why else would I be there with bags and asking you about my check-in?
Bad staff bad service. Been in many times not by choice.
One of the slowest FBO’s in the country. The staff is nice, but a quick turn can take an hour. Other locations can do it in under 20 minutes.
They are the only FBO on the field so they act like it. They need to call pilots when passengers arrive as we are in the plane getting things ready. Passengers sometimes arrive early and we need to know that.
Can you hire someone that we can understand?? You are an elite office for private jets and I couldn't understand either of your representatives.. Unreal.. Who gives people with language hardships a phone position.. These are the first people representing your company.. and they cant communicate.. try cold calling your own number sometime..
Recruiting tactics are severely lacking. They won't reach out... When they do they waste your time, they set meetings they don't keep, and or lie about trying to fill with internal candidates who had first dibs on it anyway. They have high turn over.. Competition like Meridien, Rectrix, Shelter Aviation, MillionAir and others would be better. The state needs to intensify the competition to avoid these behaviors.
