The new management for this nursing company is absolutely horrible. She has no respect for her employees. I've worked for this company on and off for 14 years, I absolutely loved it under the previous owner. Unfortunately the previous owner passed and the new management is rude, does not care about the employees, has no respect for her employees and has encouraged employees at times to walk out of a facility on their shift. This is one example of how she doesn't care wether or not her employees are taken care of as well as has no interest in wether or not you lose your license. I've had my license for 17 years and never received anything negative against my license and am very well aware of how serious it is to abandon a shift. I highly recommend you do not take the risk of being employed by this agency. If you desire to keep your license in good standing and want to be valued for your dedication and work ethic I recommend you choose another company.
