Simon is Awesome! I stopped by this morning to get my AC checked out in my 2016 Nissan Titan Xd. Simon intelligently explained what he  thought it was going on and told me there would be a few options once he got into it & could give me more info.. I left him my truck and in an Hour he had fixed it.. Best part was that he said: it was such an easy fix that he wasn't going to charge me... Best service ever.. I will definitely be back

Great shop. I normally do all my work myself, but a lack of fuel pressure has me scratching my head. I brought my Volvo in and within a day he was able to tell me the issue and fix it. Turns out the wiring hardness for the fuel pump had melted. I drove my car out of there in less than 24 hours at a cost of $275 dollars. Felt a little bit pricey for a repair involving no specific part. However, I decided it was fair based on how fast they were able to diagnose and do the repair. Will likely come here again.

These guys are Amazing!  I won't go anywhere else but Simon's and won't let anyone else touch my car!  I've been coming to them for a year and a half & they've always been honest & incredibly affordable!  They'll never make you spend more than you need to spend. They do the job once and they do it right.  It's an amazing thing to find honest mechanics that do great work!

Simon will promptly take in the vehicle to diagnose the problem then give you an estimate without any strings attached.  Nino runs the front desk in a smooth and efficient manner and keeps any waiting customers informed as soon as he knows anything.  Keep up the good service!

I had a great experience with Simons! They were so courteous and helpful! They are honest and caring; went out of their way to  make sure my vehicle was safe to operate and ready asap! Car was fixed very same day! ;They guided me to make the repair happen when struggling financially;they made sure my car was ready for transportation. Will definitely come back again!

Hands down, the best repair shop in Phoenix.  I firmly believe the excellent customer service I receive from EVERYONE  in the shop, beginning with Shelby at the front desk,  all the way up to the owner Mike, is what makes this place so great.  I have been bringing my vehicles here for 7 years and have always had  a positive experience.  On 2 different occasions I brought my car to a repair shop that was a little closer to home for a repair estimate. Both times I brought my car to Simon's afterwards,  was given a better price and faster service.  Great place!!!!
