This is my dog’s favorite pet store. He goes zooming in when we get close. I also love it for the variety of treats and dog food. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had my first visit to this store recently. Staff was friendly and the prices were great. I was surprised though at the lack of grain inclusive options available. With all the data out there in support of grain inclusive and the studies linking horrible heart conditions and cancer to grain free, I was very surprised to see this. I hope that people who are buying their food here have done their research or spoken to their vet about grain free. Unfortunately this store does not carry my dogs food.

I went in on 12/13 to look for CBD treats for my cat, as we are traveling this weekend for the holidays, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the dosing. They were honest about whether or not it would work for my cat, and told me it’s about a 70% success rate. I appreciated the honestly from them and the treats do work for her! She get very sleepy and I think will be a great travel companion. Thank you for the help!!

This visit was the exact reason I don't go to box stores! I was dog sitting my daughter's misunderstood insane pittie & needed some food. Since she needed a walk anyway I took her and my 15 yr olds son with me. Needed him to stay outside with the dog because she wanted to eat every other dog she came in contact with. The woman that was working, I believe she was the owner, was so helpful and understanding. She even offered to close the door so that I could bring this crazy pup inside. Ultimately she helped me pick out a healthy food that was in my price range and even gave her a tendon chew to keep her busy. I'm so thankful for her patience, understanding & advice she has gained customer for life!

Great pet store with lots of variety with their dog toys, treats, and food. We bought our dog a snuggle mat and he loves it!

THIS IS THE BEST STORE ON THE PLANET! Wonderful Environment! The Family that runs it is Extremely knowledgeable & Kind. It is a Boutique pet store with an Exceptional variety of Holistic foods, treats & Toys for all Animals. Good prices & a rewards program too. I'll go out of my way for this store! Year After Year They keep doing it right! We need more stores like this in General. My dog absolutely loves going here & it makes her so Happy. That makes me happy! We both look forward to Simpawtico day's! Thank you for doing what you do!

Great selection of pet toys/treats/food. Owners are super friendly and kind. Also, they're being super Covid careful limiting the number of folks in the store at a time and free hand sanitizer in the doorway. Love this place:

Simpawtico rocks! The owners ? and other staff are super friendly, eager and able to assist, and take the time to get you what's best for your pet. The loyalty program really adds up fast and they carry a great selection of quality goods and pet foods. It is a great shop to do business with, and I always walk out with a smile.
