The food is reheated in a convection oven or panini press. My breakfast wrap was burned, and it was already the last one they had at 7:30 am. This masquerades as a "nice" alternative to fast food, but it isn't. Eat elsewhere.Food: 1/5

This place has the worst customer service, On May 22, 2022 early in the morning my friends and I wanted to have breakfast before we went on our flight. After when the gentleman took our order, I told him very respectfully " Thank you SIR". After half hour he served my friends with their meal and did not bring my food. I told him were is my food and he said, I never ordered so I told him to please take me order. I waited another HALF HOUR and I still did not get served. How am I suppose to know if he doesn't like to be called SIR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Server Kyle was a consummate gentleman and took care of everyone in a timely and kind fashion. This was the perfect place to go before my flight. Had a great time and everyone working there was considerate and generous.

Waited for 20 minutes to get breakfast, asked server about it... turns out he never put the order in. Waited another 15 minutes for the order and never received an apology for the extremely long wait. Not impressed with the service.

The bartender is extremely rude male with ponytail! Extremely! No customer service skills displayed at all. This is bad for business!!

Airport pricing in full effect, but I’ve gotten a breakfast and a dinner here, and both meals club sandwich for dinner held me over on my flights. Friendly service, but it can be busy and more difficult to get attention.

Great crispy chicken wrap and very pleasant service from Kayla. I won't hesitate to wait again for a chair at this busy spot.

Super rude bartender at regan airport. Lacking any customer focus. Avoid at all costs.

Kyle was an awesome server. The airport was crazy busy but he handled the counter and carryout section with ease.

Can’t speak or understand English on top of the horrible customer service. Not worth the stop.
