SIXT rent a car

EDIT over a month after I returned the car at 0645 and it was checked out at 1045 I was charged a 10 late fee. My flight changed and I didn't need to drop off at 4 am. Talk about petty I didn't even keep it 7ntil the full day had ended. Won't use them again. When looking through normal car rentals prices seemed ridiculous so I went to Priceline and ended up with a Sixt rental. At first I wasn't sure about the company but after my rental experience I'm pleasantly surprised. Once i made it to the counter I was greeted with a smile and was taken care very well. We were offered an upgrade but we really didn't want to pay, once we started going through the process we were upgraded anyway to a BMW X3 for free. No hidden gimmicks or charges. The car was clean and in good shape. The whole process didn't take long and we were rolling in no time. Return was simple just park and leave the keys , eazy breezy. After this experience I would definitely use Sixt again.

A wonderful experience. All employees we met - and there has been some - were exeptional friendly and helpful. Despite the - at that time - systems were down, they all acted very professional and did the very best out of the situation. Yes, we had to wait a little bit longer, but so what. If I would have a rental car company, all employees we met would be on my shortlist. That is true for every single employee, including the friendly young man at the car return. Whom ever we asked a question or had a wish, they responded fast and customer-friendly. The price we paid for 26 days with our online reservation was well worth. You maybe can get lower prices with other companies, but in my opinion no better car for the same price.It was a pleasure to have the car and the service from here.

Sorry, this is my favourite rent a car company but this last time I had a bad experience. It was midnight when I went to pick up the car, my baby was sleeping and all my lugging in the trunk, I was ready to start driving when I realised they gave me the fuel tank car completely empty with only 51miles range, the whole interior cover whit sunscreen lotion, a lot previously guest items in the glove compartment. i reported whit the guy before I left , it was too late to change the car but he told me 100% that I was not going to be an extra charge for gas and cleaning fee. I trusted him And I left . when I returned the car I double checked whit the Sixt agents and clarify this incident with them one more time, I even showed them the pictures I had with the evidences, well… guess what, 185$ gas fee in my credit card and when I call customer service this Saturday they said Tuesday is the only day for claims and refunds.

Used the app to book a Nissan Versa. Car was in good shape and relatively new. Car rental prices are a bit higher in Vegas but SIXT do accept personal CDW/LDW Credit Card insurance coverage to reduce rental price. Ensure you bring a letter from the CC company to prove you have the insurance. The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. No pressure sales at the counter and the price quoted on the app was exactly what I paid. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!!! I took pictures of the damage not reported on the rental agreement. No issues returning the car with very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend using this company in KLAS for good quality cars and no pressure or hidden costs.

Rented a car in Vegas to drive out to Grand Canyon- Zion-then back to Vegas. Very easy to rent, staff helpful and nice at the airport. We are non smokers so the car did have a cigarette odor when a/c and heat came on so we just drove with windows down. Will be using again for sure.

I flew into Vegas on the last week of January 2022. I really like the fact, all rent-a-car companies are conveniently located at one location instead of scattered across the city. The check-in was surprisingly quick and easy, took about 15 mins. Of course they wanted to up charge, but I declined. Then recived my car, it was a 2021 Toyota Corolla. It did have dents and scratches, but it was noted on file. Then when I returned the car, it was easy to find where to go and it took about 15 mins to hand the keys over to the attendant and board the shuttle bus to the airport. Overall, everything about renting the car was top notch. I'll definetly use you guys again.

One of the best rental experiences that I’ve ever had. People are very friendly, cars are in great condition, rented a BMW 740i price was very reasonable. Pick up and drop off were seamless. Sean was friendly and helpful. This will be the only place I rent from now on

I used to rent a lot in the past, however this time I was not quite satisfied with service. I booked minivan, since we traveled 7 people and car was Chrysler Pacifica base model. Interior was tight and when asked reps to change they were charging the same amount I paid for one upgrade. I wouldn't mind to pay extra but not the same amount I paid. When called to sixt customer service, they referred to speak with pickup location and they cannot help over the phone for upgrades.

SIXT surprised with exceptional service. I have booked BMW 4 and got BMW 8 with a small extra fee. Representative in the branch was super relaxed and helpful. We picked the best price vs value car. Keep in mind when returning a car that return is not located in the main airport. You will have to drive for another 10 minutes. So be there earlier and don't be late. I am a bit upset that I did not manage to get my glasses back. I left it during the car return and It was not found after report. Be attentive and never leave your belongings in the car.

My family and I have rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee from SIXT Las Vegas for our Vegas trip last weekend. The car looked great outside, but when we opened the doors, the smell of strong tobacco, that smelled almost like a marijuana because it was so strong, exploded out. At first, our family thought the smell would disappear soon, naturally from driving with all windows opened, so we drove away due to our short schedule at Vegas. Didn't think that smell would torture us for the whole 5 day trip with the car.... The smell was rooted deeply into the car seats and even with the windows opened, the smell was so strong that all our clothes were stained deeply with it. We even bought a car air freshener from Walmart to get rid of the smell but did not work at all. So basically we all had bad headaches from riding the car for 5-6 hours a day to travel to Utah and Nevada. We returned the car early in the morning before SIXT was open, so we could not complain about the problem. After coming back home, they have charged us $400 dollars for smoking fee. They told us that they had real hard time trying to get rid of the smell....wow. We told them about the smell that was stained before we got the car and asked for a refund, and they said they will refund it. After few days of refund promise, they recharged the same amount without a word to us. Still trying to get a refund and all this is nonsense. If you want to truly enjoy your trip to Vegas, please go somewhere else to rent a clean car. p.s.: Not only the smell, but the door pockets had dirty chips and cheez it from previous trippers.
