Both locations were extremely helpful. I needed to find shoes with studs for my elderly aunt who has a weird foot size. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and we were able to find everything I needed for her.

Yooooo they took the time and really helped me understand what I’m looking for in a shoe and why certain features exist. They even have a little track to go around that helps you understand the difference between shoes. These guys are great!

Great customer service and assistance. I needed both new trail and road shoes for the summer. The attentive staff did an outstanding job of identifying shoes to meet my specific needs. Also loved the outdoor track where I was able to trial the shoes. You cannot get a feel for shoes shopping online. Invest in yourself and meet with locals who care about your running experience.

I stopped by Skinny Raven Dimond location to possibly purchase "walking" shoes. I have a relatively new pair of runners but they felt cumbersome. As it turned out- all I needed was new inserts to make my runners fit my feet better. Thx to the wise SR employee who helped me. Love Skinny Raven.

Needed a pair of shoes for my husband. It was an easy process. They had the size and brand of shoe he wanted. He tried them on and we purchased them.

My son is a long distance runner and my husband and I both have physical handicaps, and we’re all very well served when we shop here. They honestly have a shoe for every need.
