I leased a townhome from SKY for 2 years. Getting into the place was easy and we had no issues over the 2 years. Maintenance was always responsive and incredibly friendly. Leasing coordinators lack the ability to communicate through anything other than emails which wasn’t an issue for me since i didn’t really need anything from them during my time there. My review is only 2 stars because of the way I was treated at move out. I was sent a $1300 bill for damages they felt I was responsible for that’s AFTER they took the full deposit. The amount of the bill was ridiculous but wasn’t even the issue. In the same day that they sent the bill to me by email, I contacted them to pay it but they refused to accept payment because they had already sent it to collections. Who does that to someone who paid rent on time every single month for 24 months? SKY is really incredibly greedy and does not care about how their actions impact your future despite the fact that you have a proven history being reliable. Use caution.

Sky provided an easy move in for me and my family. It was easy to apply and Kelsey was very helpful! She answered my questions timely and efficiently. She was super nice as well. I would definitely recommend. This is our family’s first starter home and we love it!

I just applied for an duplex in Elizabethtown, KY. Paid the $100 for credit check and background. Everything was fine with that. Got an email letting me know that they needed proof of income, employment history only to be told that they rented the duplex to someone else. So I am out $100 just wonder how many more people they got money from for they same unit. Going to contact BBB and reporting a claim with them as well as with my credit card company. Don't waste your money with them.

Lived at Riverwood for 3 years. Rent kept going up, when I moved out. I cleaned everything and even patched holes in walls where I had things hanging up and they refuse to give me ANY of the deposit back stating that they had to paint. I would hope they would paint for a new tenant. It's nothing but a run around with them to get anything fixed. If you rent here don't expect much from them. They are terrible.

Don’t walk, run from Sky property!!! This place is a nightmare. They have fees for everything. If other tenants complain about you, they threaten you with a fee, if you hang a picture on the wall with a small nail, when you move out a fee, for every tiny whole. But, when I moved in what was a new build, the apartment was sooo dirty it took me 3 hours to clean. Which according to the list of fees I received at the time of getting the keys, I did over $800 dollars of cleaning. This is the most money grubbing company I have ever rented from, and being prior military there was a lot. I don’t feel safe, in the one month I have been here, there has been 2 attempts of break ins. One of them, the person broke their key off in the door, I reported it, still not fixed. If I want out of my lease I have to pay a fee of $1050 dollars plus 2 months rent and forfeit all my deposit. So, again, run don’t walk, this place is a nightmare!!!!! I returned Ms. Laws email to see if we could work things out, that was almost 2 weeks ago, she has ghosted me, no response. All they care about is money. She only posted on here so people will think they care. What a joke!!!

Charges on apartment. Even when we moved in the first day the apartment was filthy with roaches and we called to get it taken care off!! When they sprayed marks were left on the walls and we ended up getting charged for everything and anything!! While that apartment was in very bad conditions in the first place!! This place is ridiculous I do not recommend!!

SKY took over management for my apartment when I was in the process of moving, so I was worried about how the change in management would affect that. But thanks to Kelsey Crowe and Jake Phelps the transition was very smooth.

I just moved in at Twin Springs in White House, and the apartments are very nice and well-maintained, and have lots of nice amenities for a pretty reasonable rate.
