Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park

This place is great for the kids to stay mostly cool from the extreme summer seat. They work up a sweat jumping of course so it's also great exercise and even better way to expend that energy! The manager is also very nice and has helped us a bunch with random questions, socks etc.

The fact that walk in customers can’t order a pizza anymore is ridiculous. Most people are here for at least an hour. You’d think this comply would know people will be hungry by then and they are missing a ton on upsales… bad strategy.

I recently attended a birthday party. I did not like that it was not a safe place for children 4 and under. The children roam around without adult supervision. A child could get abducted. The admission for a child was $27.00. Thier should be a reduced price for children by age. The party stickers badge should be a way to keep track of the children. How is the play area sanitized? The children love it I guess that is all that matters.

Not even worth one star. Paid for a party package for my sons Birthday. The young lady checking me in thought it would be nice for her to check her friend in ahead of us as if we weren’t already waiting. My party was supposed to start at 6:30. I never received a host to explain the party details and not only that when my party finally started we didn’t have our food. Spoke with a manager who also claimed to be the owner stated that was pizza was there but nobody bothered to check for it and still gave us the old pizza that had been sitting for over 20mins. He then ordered more pizza and forgot to give it to us again. We finally got pizza after the party was over. Asked to be reimbursed and was told by the manager that if he would have known I would ask for my money back he wouldn’t have helped me in the first place. Talk about bad customer service. From start to finish my experience with this place was terrible. Lucky for my son is young and he won’t remember it. I would NEVER recommend this place and never again return.

Cute trampoline park. Just wish they had more to interest children and something more for adults. Staff Jerome was VERY helpful. He set-up my grandsons party and served as well. Our food was great also. Very nice young man. My grandson and his friends had a great time.

On the positive side the few times I have been here not crowded but that can be a negative also since no one to play with. Also very negative you MUST use sky zone socks. I have socks from Urban Air , Ninja Nation and Sky Zone and socks are interchangeable at all locations except Sky Zone . On my last visit I came with urban air socks and had to purchase. My opinion, the other trampoline parks are a better value

Rude manager, incompetent employees will never suggest this place. Came here for a birthday party asked about being able to join and assist my 3 year old. Was told it would be ok to do so. Immediately got yelled at by the manager for stepping onto a trampoline for not having a sticker. I already asked about that. I am an adult I don't need to be scolded because your employees are void of common sense. Plus I already signed the waiver while checking my daughter in.

I took my son there and he completely enjoyed himself. I got much needed work done while he just tuckered himself out.

Great staff. They pay attention to every area which is nice when you have young kids. Fun place. Safe. Membership is a steal.

Reserved a bday party there for my 7 year old. Only one kid showed up. The manager told us we could downgrade and just pay for 2 passes and food. However we were told 10 minutes later because we paid in full when we arrived we wouldn’t be refunded the money. Instead we were offered 8 passes to use at another time. So it was $400 for 2 kids to jump, came with 2 pizzas and a pitcher of water. If I could give no stars I would.
