Skyline Windows

Almost a year ago I signed a contract with Skyline Windows to install new doors. I gave them a deposit check and haven't heard another word. Despite numerous requests from me, no one has responded. I am about to call 311 to find out how get my money back. I advise anyone thinking of using this company to be very careful.

Skyline Windows is the best. They are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. I love my windows from both an aesthetic and cost efficiency perspective. I'm currently selling my apartment and the new windows are a huge selling point!

Skyline did a superb job - the windows look fabulous. The crew was terrific arriving promptly and doing their best to keep the dust from invading the entire apartment. They did a particularly good job redoing the plaster work around the new windows.

Skyline installed 5 windows in my condo and did a fantastic job with removing and installing the new windows. They were neat and respectful of my home. I love my new windows.

Very bad customer service. Seems like they don’t like repair jobs or small jobs. The phone tag is ridiculous. I’ll try someone else.
