Booked this hotel on account of it having an indoor heated pool which was advertised as such on its website. Called beforehand to ensure it was open. Arrived only to discover that ten cent renovations made the pool outdoor and unheated. Ownership refused to refund my money. Rude.
Ken works at the front desk and he was very professionally and friendly. Customer service goes along way these days and he did not disappoint. I was pleased with our room and accommodations
After having a horrible experience at another I decide to stop here at Sleep in and let me tell y’all Julio is awesome very professional and helpful !!! I highly recommend this place for your stay the rooms are very nice and fancy Closed to many places By the way I also got to meet the owner very nice humble person ⁉
