Zach and Jasmine are two of the nicest and best sales representatives you could ever ask for. Super knowledgeable and friendly and among the best at going through all of the information you would need in considering a purchase of a sleep number bed. And they don't push the sale, they simply inform you and let me you make informed and educated decisions based upon what you learn and experience first hand. They made purchasing a sleep number bed the easiest and best decision I've made and I simply can't wait for the delivery of the product.
Although the store was busy, Jazz was so attentive and helpful. Taking the time to make sure we were making good choices; understanding our needs; putting us at ease. Wonderful experience and definitely would recommend.
Sleep Number called me today at 9AM saying my bed was on its way. At 4PM got a text saying my delivery will be extended another two weeks. I’ve already waited 5 weeks so I just canceled the whole order. I would give a zero star rating if I could.
I was given a defective bed and I can’t get anyone to fix it. Customer service is extremely rude and will not help at all. Please go with another company.
I would like to start off by saying that this review is for the company as a whole and not the workers at this particular location. I wish I could give a review of 0 stars because this was the worst experience of purchasing a bed in my life. I paid for the bed in January, February is almost over, and I still do not have my bed. They have canceled and rescheduled the delivery FOUR times now. Most of the times only giving me a 10-minute heads up that they were not coming. The first time they canceled I did not even receive a phone call, I had to call them to find out that they would not be delivering my bed. I have done so much to prepare for this new bed; shoveling, washing sheets, moving furniture, and rescheduling multiple doctors appointments to accommodate their schedule. Not to mention I have been doing all of this while my leg is in a cast. The last time they canceled I had received a text in the morning letting me know they were on their way and the bed would be delivered between 9am - 12pm. I thought finally I would get my much-needed new bed, I again rearranged furniture and took all my sheets off to wash and made sure there was no ice on the walkway. After waiting for over three hours and with only 10 minutes until noon, I received a call letting me know that they were going to reschedule, yet again. On top of that, I would not be receiving my bed for another whole month! I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort all this out and I am just so deeply disappointed with the service that was provided to me. If you are considering purchasing a bed from here, I strongly suggest that you reconsider and save yourself countless hours of stress and phone calls. P.S. If you need to call them at their 1-800 number, plan on being hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before you get to talk to someone.

Don’t buy a Sleep Number Bed! Worst experience EVER! Installation crew broke the bed trying to set it up. They had NO tools to install a headboard bracket. Their scheduling department was extremely rude and inflexible with a take the time or it will be another week attitude over and over. The bed itself is a glorified air mattress and feels like it when you sleep on it. They tried three times to repair the same thing without tools. I had to ask their service team to leave I was so frustrated. For the money which is a lot they should be bending over backwards for their customers. I bought a TempurPedic mattress and LOVE it.
The store and personnel were great. The mattress however IS NOT. We bought one of the higher end beds and it’s going back because IT’S HOT and there’s NO support in the middle so spooning puts a couple into a ditch. Be forewarned that yes you have 100 nights trial BUT IT COSTS YOU $398... the initial $199 delivery is not refundable and then they deduct another $199 from your refund to pick it up!! So less than 60 nights in this thing really cost $400. Uugghhh
We tried to get a mattress but weren’t really sold on them. When we got ready to leave they lied and said if we come back they won’t offer same deal it’ll be closer to full price. We thought that was horrible not a smart sales tactic. We looked at each other and laughed as we left. We later bought a full memory foam king in size , electric adjustable bed at the home show from a company down south for substantially less
