Dublin, Ohio, Sawmill Rd. Store- The sales person, Phil, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional! I had bought a mattress from him for my dad a year ago and made sure to use him again this time. The mattress delivery men were great--helpful and courteous. At last minute, I needed my old mattress and box springs taken away. They had no problem with that even though I did not have it on the original purchase and the charge was only $10 total for both. They men also put the zip covers I had purchased elsewhere on both the mattress and box springs. They were so helpful to do it for me! I use covers because I have dust allergies. I have back, muscle, and joint issues and bought a new mattress to replace my older one. It has really made a positive difference. I purchased an extra firm set, because that was what my dad had wanted a year ago, and it turned out to be great for him and me when I tried it. The first night it seemed too hard, but since then I have been very, very happy with it! The firmness is just what I needed. I wake in much less pain each day! I went to The Mattress Factory because they are the only mattress company I have found that still makes their mattresses so you can flip and turn them. Other companies only have one sided mattresses now. I believe my mattress will last longer because I can flip and turn it. If I needed another mattress, I would use The Mattress Factory again!

The prices at Original Mattress Factory speak for themselves. Our salesman, Phil, was not the least bit pushy when helping us. Why would he need to be? Their pricing is simply too good in comparison to other mattress retailers. Made in Columbus!

Buying a mattress and box spring compressible, with actual springs! was refreshingly simple. If I were to buy a comparable mattress at a department store it would have cost me at least several hundred dollars more. The main selling point for me was that it was the only place I could find where I could purchase a two-sided mattress. I like flipping the mattress every two months or so and I believe this can help extend the life of a mattress. I don't think I will ever buy a mattress from anywhere else.

Always pleased with mattresses purchased here. Paid for higher end products, but worth it. They sell wonderful mattress protectors that I use on every bed in our house.

The twin mattress is better quality than I had expected. I built a bunk bed according to the dimensions online before getting the mattress and bunkie board. It was spot on. Thanks Original Mattress Factory.

Bait and switch on a mattress we selected from the floor models but they delivered a complete pos, then refused to replace it after their “inspector” arrived and tried to make us look like liars. Save your money and look for other options
