Smart & Final Extra!

The associates at smart and final are always very helpful, this store is really nice it's pretty new and a lot bigger than the one they closed on Tropicana. The only thing about smart and final no matter what store I go to whenever I'm ready to check out it like everyone else is ready too. Yet there is only one cashier and very seldom two, and they never open a register even if there is a long line of people? They should take the motto more than 2or3 in line open another register.

Your typical Smart & Final, except this one has more supermarket size and types of items. It has a extensive produce department. They have a small fresh meat department, along with frozen foods. Smart & Finals tend to be small, so the selection can be kind of thin. The prices can be reasonable and they also have weekly sale items. I was kind of disappointed with the selection of breads and rolls. They do have a limited selection of bakery confections. The organization of the store is kind of hard to navigate. I was looking all over for instant mashed potatoes, checking every sign, twice, until I found it. The shelves were well stocked. The floors were clean. There were plenty of cashiers and there was no wait to get checked out. There is plenty of parking and there was no homeless bugging me for money. The lot was clean, with no trash visible.

I would like to give zero STARS due to the how rude the manager ROBERT was being over the phone, you being the manager should handle things professionally and precise. Worst costumer service ever
