Vons

It is like any regular grocery store that anyone has ever been to ever in there life. They sell milk and eggs and cheese and all the other basic stuff. They have a alright produce section and also a pharmacy. You are very likely to wait in a line for a long time as they only ever have one or two registers open. The staff are usually not in a foul mood and they are very helpful. They also have a fuel pump so if you need discounted gas they do have fuel rewards. They have all the most common liquor and ingredients for mixed drinks. The Bakery and the Deli are also fairly standard, cakes and doughnuts and friend chicken and potato salad. All in all it is a decent but not above average grocery store, the customers who shop there are mostly garbage but that's to be expected from a store in a lower socioeconomic neighborhood.

Horrible horrible! Waited in one check out line for 3 minutes and the checker was MIA. Went to a second lane and the checker left the lane TWICE for two different guests to run off to the service desk etc. I left my items on the belt and left. What a horrible store! Manager obviously needs to train employees better and do a better job of staffing appropriately!!

The store it's self is kept very clean, and is easy to navigate. Items are generally right where a person might expect. As far as variety of selection concerning food, it's pretty typical with enough basics to cover a wide range of different regional cuisine. They do have a decently stocked fresh produce area, and the deli and bakery departments have easy enough to handle prices for the better than average products that they prepare in-store. They also carry a better than average selection of non-food items and pet foods. From health and beauty, and school and home supplies, to seasonal decorations and outdoor products, chances are, if it's on your list of items to keep in stock, they'll have it. There have been times when the checkout lines can form long when shift change occurs, or perhaps an unexpected rush of customers decides to visit the store at 3 in the morning. But because I am familiar with and know what to expect from Vons, waiting in line on those few occasions is, more often than not, an acceptable inconvenience. A friendly security guard is most usually found right outside the entrance, and the employees inside are kind and friendly as well as attentive. Would I recommend this place to a relative or a friend? Absolutely. There you have it, I hope my opinion helps. God bless

I personally love this location they have a heartfelt staff that's always willing to go above and beyond for you kind and trustworthy this is where I'd rather shop than any other place in the city. The Just 4 U system can be difficult but they have the patience to wait listen and help you when you need it. The store is full of exceptional people and treasures to find. Whenever I come here I feel like I'm home.

Customer service is nearly always on point here. I say nearly because only once did I experience a longer than usual wait for another lane to be open to check out. As far as product, this Vons more than likely has what you need, it's also in a great location & when I've been there always clean.
