SmartStyle Hair Salon

This is my first terrible experience at this salon. I asked that 1.5 inches of hair be left on my head. Spent the next several minutes explaining that 'No, I didn't want her to cut 1.5" off leaving me with only half an inch'. Went through the cut, and got so much water sprayed on my head that I could have skipped a shower. She's having me look it over, and it's so wet I can't tell how she did, but by that point I'm so annoyed that I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Get home, and by now my hair is dry. Look it over in the mirror and see the worst barber butchery I've personally experienced. The left side of my head was the right length, the right side was too long, and the front was way too short. I ended up just running my own electric trimmer over my head with a #4 attachment just so everything's even. It is terrible when I can do a better job with a haircut than the barber.

So I went to the smartstyle salon on Dell range and needless to say my experience was terrible. I honestly wanted my hair trimmed. So the express cut for 12.97. The guy who did my hair went up in price. I told him how short I wanted my bangs and he cut them way to short. Not to mention I asked him to dry my hair because he literally was just going to make me leave with soaking wet hair. He was rude. He was more worried about the next person and talking to his co-workers. He also put product in my hair when drying it after I declined the offer. Over all a bad hair cut for an expensive price.... Very dissatisfied. Never again will I use this salon.

Horrible, multiple staff members doing nothing. Then I wait at the stand for several minutes. When someone finally came over, 25 minute wait??? WTH???

I went to smartstyle today. I asked for a gentleman's cut with a 0 to 2 fade on the sides and a 3 on top. The lady cutting my hair was very snobby and told me "Are you sure? that's very short". The haircut I received was nothing like I described. My stylist was Courtney. Do not go to this place. All the stylists will talk bad about past customers while cutting your hair. They said a couple ride things to me. At one point she told me to "use my words" then looked at the stylist next to her and said "that was a little rude" and laughed. Very unprofessional place with very bad stylists. Overpriced. My brother came with me and was unsatisfied with his haircut as well.
