Very small place. Not too much Metal merchandise. Most of the women's clothing looked like hand-me-downs. Other than that, the clerk was friendly. I recommend visiting for the nostalgia and of course, supporting the scene.
Best record store in America. I stand by that. Absolutely my favorite I've ever been too.
best vinyl shop in DC !! huge selection of records and incredible shirts and clothing!
A great record store if you like punk. Kind of small but lots of cool stuff at a pretty reasonable price. Overall nice record store.
Awesome spot. The vinyl selection was about 20-25 stacks total but there's a bit of everything. Obviously the punk was the highlight but you can find plenty of cheap older albums got a Chicago album for $6 Seems like their inventory shifts pretty regularly, so I would always recommend seeing what's available if you are in the area
Great record store. Got everything i wanted for RSD. If you are in DC and love vinyl check this place out
One of my favorite stores on the east coast. A few years back I picked up some rare Pg. 99 records. Last time I was there I saw multiple Townes Van Zandt records. They also sell skateboarding stuff there, too. Downside to the last time I was there is that it reeked of weed, but that wasn’t the end of the world. It’s definitely a great shop; however, if you’re looking for more obscure or rare punk/hardcore, Joint Custody is where you want to go.
I love this store! The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of vinyl records and CDs for such a small store. It’s one of the only places I could find that still sells cassettes including sealed blanks! and I’ve found quite a few of my favorite albums there. Favorite record store in the area hands down :
The owner is a really crazy and unpolite man. Sincerely I'm sorry because the collectors need informations and his collegue is nice person. For these reasons two thing to do: or the shop sell only one disco for leisure tourists... or the owner go home if some collector enter.
Pretty great record store. Mostly punk vinyl, which is exactly why I came here. Also, reading the reviews and responses from the owner set me on a new level of MUST SEE. I came out with 3 classics. One of which I could never dream of finding in my hometown. Yeah it’s small, but it’s exactly what I needed on my DC visit.
