Smashburger

I don't eat beef so my review has nothing to do with their hamburgers. My review has to do with the ridiculous wait time that you experience by dining at Smashburger. I have eaten there and done take away. Both wait times are horrendous. One time I actually stood there for 15 minutes waiting for an order for takeout for fires. 15 minutes. I actually was enjoying watching the other people waiting go ballistic. it helped pass the time. I will never eat at or buy food from Smashburger again.

The food is always great and this is why I come back. What I don't like is that the staff does not always appear to be working as a team. A couple of employees were hustling to get orders out while several stood around chatting and drinking at the counter. Not the first time or the second time.

The food was fine and the portions were fair but the service was a little slow and the prices were high if you do add ons like we did. Wayback Burgers has an easier to understand menu and it's prices are cheaper. Also at our visit the soda dispenser had several options unavailable. There seems to be enough staff so perhaps in time the service issues will be corrected so I wouldn't give up on Smashburger just yet. After all the food was really good.

Love love love their burgers and the shakes! Specially the Salted Caramel they use Haagen-Dazs ice cream so yummy. The atmosphere is really nice and always clean. I would of given them a 5 star but almost each time I'm there there's mix ups with the orders.

Very good but prepared to take out a loan for a hamburger.
