2024-04: This was my first visit to any Smashburger. Tatiana took our order and was very pleasant. The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The restaurant itself needed some attention as far as cleaning goes, including the restrooms.Food: 5/5
Service is very slow. I could get a burger faster at a sit down restaurant. Also charged us for an extra burger after we asked 4 times for it to be removed. Not sure why the service was so slow when there was only one car in the drive thru and barely anyone inside. This was our second time with the same experience. Tried to give them another chance but not worth it. Waited 30 mins and the food was cold and bacon looked so burnt and old. Barely any tots either.
We ordered ahead online so we could pick up in the drive thru, so I can’t complain that we sat in the drive thru there for 20 minutes. Just be aware- it will take a minute. The issues really started when we got our order. Their black bean burger was not a black bean patty- seems to be some sort of tofu patty. I have eaten at other locations and truly received a black bean burger, so not sure what is different about this one. Also did not receive all items in our order. Pictures below is their “Black Bean” Patty
They need to pay better attention to menu items before charging for them, then not having them available. I also experienced an issue at this location before, when, after I placed my order, I was told that the grill stopped working as I got to the drive - thru window. There have been other subliminally unprofessional behaviors that have occurred at this location, as if they are trying to be "smooth" and subtle about them, and it needs to be caught, acknowledged, ethically dealt with, and better customer service brought back. Vegetarian options: They do offer a veggie burger at this location.
Aaron took my order today at the smash burger in Sandhills area forum dr he was friendly and greeted me in the drive thru with a smile. Food was fresh and good. I dont think people that complain about it not being fast understand they make the food fresh... i don't mind the minor wait time to get fresh food. I don't do reviews often..but good friendly service deserves a good review. Thanks Aaron!
Was in Columbia and drove by this place and it caught my eye. Absolutely fantastic place for burgers and fries. My and wife love this place. Will definitely be coming back to visit this place again to try the other burgers.Food: 5/5
The burger was too small for the price . I paid 12.00 for two burgers, which were the size of a junior bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's. On top of that, a large order of fries is $ 4.00, and you still have to pay for a drink . I also had to wait 10 minutes after my order was taken to get these kiddy sized burgers. The customer service was good. I've enjoyed Smash Burger in the past, but now their doing what so many other companies are doing, charging the same price or more for less.
Worth the cost. Food made hot and is so good. It was a little difficult communicating with staff but my overall experience was great!Food: 5/5
Very disappointed. My daughter’s burger was medium rare in some spots and well-done in others. For someone who prefers well-done this isn’t very appetizing. Having to wait 30 minutes for a burger that is medium rare doesn’t make things better either.
Dude they parked me for a kids meal. You guys suck. Its sad too cause the food is good most of the time. You need to hire more people. Wont ever come back to this placeFood: 1/5
