Best place to work at in Sacramento. To those who might have seen my previous review it actually was changed I don't know how to somebody else reviewing smile business products. I have worked for smile for 21 years in the service department and it has been a very enjoyable experience. I've been very fortunate to work with the same people for 21 years. Usually the life of a technician is 5 years because of the pressures put on technicians. Here at smile we all work together as a team and allways have so we have more of the team spirit in the service department to get things done. I've been very blessed to work with them . I would like to straighten out anything that might have been misconstrued by anybody looking at any reviews saying it was far less that this is one of the top service companies in Sacramento because they care for their employees.

If you don't mind paying a premium for above average service, with rates that raise more every year than the competition, it is a great company to work with. Just have fun when you try and end a service agreement or switch to a different vendor. UPDATE - I have to give them credit that they finally worked with us and made things right when it came to ending our current copier contract with them. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Excellent place to purchase any & office equipment including telephones & networking!!

They couldnt even provide a quote for business printer properly.
