Very professional staff, cool office and transparent service and pricing. I had a great experience with this state of the art new technology for scanning your teeth and I really trust that if I’m consistent using the treatment I will get great results. Also the financing system is very reasonable. Can’t wait to start my treatment! Thank you!
Carmen was excellent! She answered all of my questions and walk me through the process of the scan and the whole treatment. She told me what to expect. I love the fact that she was also a smile direct club customer and was glad to share her experience! Thank you so much Carmen!
I purchased a set of nighttime aligners from the Smile Direct Club back in 2019. While I’m happy with the results, dealing with the company has been an absolute nightmare. I was recently prodded to purchase a spare set of retainers and did so. The problem though is that the Smile Direct Club made them based on my original 2019 scans and not the more recent impressions from 2022 which were needed after having dental work. They used those impressions to make my current retainers in March 2022 which fit perfectly. I explained this in multiple emails and spent close to an hour on the phone today with them. No one seems to understand how to fix this. It’s simple, make a new set of retainers using the 2022 impressions, the same as the last sent shipped to me. I’m not confident at all that this will be resolved. I’m beyond frustrated.
Great experience, friendly staff. They were really supportive with issues I had regarding my appointment schedule and membership plan. Also wanted to give out a shout out to Karen and Cosmo for guiding me through the process at SmileDirectClub.
I’ve never posted a negative review, but this is just ridiculous. Do not use smile direct club. I started May 2021 where I was on a 8 month night plan. As the end was approaching, I was not happy with my result and submitted a request to have adjustment aligners. The request was initially approved and I then requested the new imprint kit - it never came. I did this 3 times. I reached out a dozen times over the course of 6 months and was completely ignored. I called and was on a waiting list for 45 min then was disconnected. I have requested my money back and I have not heard from anyone. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, it’s feels like a complete scam. Smile direct - if you want to look into the matter and the requests that were not resolved, the key ticket numbers are 05814537, 05695009, 05672625, 05566581, 05629489 and the original “doctor” assigned to me was Dr. Gary Moore.
Jose was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate my appointment even though I arrived late. He explained everything in detail as he was doing it. I can't wait to receive my Smile Direct box to get started!
My second time’s here and the staff were so friendly and helpful, And Jose was so great and addressed all of the questions and concerns I had. Very clean office space and took safety measures for covid. I feel like I am in great hands with smile direct and I can’t wait to finally fix the gap between My teeth.
Had a great experience! The staff is really nice and polite, very helpful and you don’t get the impression that they want to sell you stuff, feels really nice to be treated with care and the intention to help. Can’t wait for the result!
Great service, though had to get touch-up aligners so not sure if my teeth will be fixed.
Today I visited the 242 5th Avenue Smile Direct Club location in NYC. I must say it was nothing I was expecting. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I entered. I was registered and seen within minutes from my arrival. I had the pleasure of have Jose at my attendee and he was as well very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the Smile Direct procedures and policies. He answered all of my questions, which for me was a plus. Big shout out to the staff at the flatiron district location. You guys ROCK!!! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome
