Smile Direct Club

Smile Direct Club was a very interesting visit today. I went in for an free consultation of my own personal preferences regarding my teeth. I received a wealth full of information from my SmileGuide the kind hearted Brittany whom was very professional and very acknowledgeable with the services that they offered to the customers. After everything was explained to me I received a free goodie bag with samples to take home and try to my liking. The lip balm, word of mouth referral card, future grinner's guide booklet and my free bright on LED whitening accelerator light with a travel case and whitening pen~ ALL FREE

Christian did an outstanding job. He made me sure I was comfortable. He talked to me not only about my plan of treatment but my upcoming wedding. I loved that he got personable and he wasn't just about work. He was super gentle with the scanning process. Shelly has a very great welcoming face, these are the kind of people I love to see when I approach a company as a new customer/patient. I HIGHLY recommend checking out the Marietta location!

My Smile Guide Rinku was so awesome and friendly. She explained every detail about the process, scanner, and referral program. I literally had no questions because she was very descriptive about everything. The store manager Shelly was great as well! They were both welcoming and outgoing! They made me feel very comfortable! I will definitely suggest this location for future references!

I had a great experience today at the Marietta Smile Shop. The office was very nice on the inside and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Rinku was amazing! She was very sociable and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She provided me with all the information I needed. I am super excited about my journey to get a nicer smile! Thanks to Smile Direct Club! I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who might be interested.

Starting the whole process for getting my aligners. I decided to use the kit at home first- but had some trouble getting a perfect impression. Went in to this location Marietta this morning and the 2 ladies were just super sweet. Brianna was super helpful, answered all my questions, and walked me through the whole process. Made me feel very comfortable and confident with my choice to use smile direct. I definitely recommend going in to the office instead of doing the impressions at home. Much easier and much quicker.

I've had my retainers for just under a month so I'm know I'm a little late on relaying my experience. The whole process took somewhere around 30 minutes which was awesome. I spoke with a dentist/ orthodontist when I first went in and she went over the whole process. From there Hannah the assistant took me into another room and actually showed me what exactly I would be receiving and just elaborated on any further questions that I had. Hannah was awesome, you could not ask for a better dental assistant. She then took a scan of my teeth, which was painless and very quick. They gave me a few goodies, and then I was gone. Great customer service!

Had my appointment today at the Marietta location. At first I was a little hesitant about the company and what they offer, but after my appilointment I feel great and cant wait for a better smile. I saw Ms. Brianna and she is awesome. She answered all my questions, explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable. She was so professional but at the same time very nice and patient which I really appreciated. If you decide to go with smile direct go see Brianna she's the best.

The in office visit was a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating while I waited and during the visit. The staff at the Marietta Office seem to get along and work well together. They were a delightful, vibrant team and that made my visit much more pleasing. Rinku was the staff member who performed my exam and scan. It was like talking to someone that I've met before. She was kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer any question that I had. To be honest, she made me feel more comfortable about doing this process. She's A Keeper! All in All, a great experience. Thanks!

Just finished my appointment with Brianne. The office is clean and equipped with awesome technology. The scan was performed in a matter of minutes and no need to do the nasty putty molds. Brianne was lovely and was able to answer all of my questions. Bonus: dental insurance covers half of the cost, which was unexpected news. Cant wait to get started!

The staff at Smile Direct Club Marietta is awesome. The office is clean and modern. Appointments are scheduled so you don’t have to worry about crowds or long waits. They have an efficient and interesting process for getting you prepped for your aligners. My appointment was with Imoni who was very kind and informative. She walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. I had a 3D scan, I’m just amazed by all the great things that technology allows us to do. How much easier it makes life. It was comfortable and quick. You get to see a complete 3D model of your teeth before and within 72 hours a model of your aligners corrected teeth. You only have to come in for 1 visit then all of your aligners are shipped to you. I’m incredibly excited to get started!
