The whole staff at Northeast Family Dental is very friendly, knowlegable, and caring. Dr. Worthington himself is excellent! Talk about a pain-free dental experience! He REALLY knows what he's doing! Thank you Dr. Worthington for being so wonderful. Nadine, the dental hygienist, is excellent as well. She's been cleaning my teeth and my children's teeth for many, many years. We wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

Like most people, I dread going to the dentist. When looking for new dentist, I choose Dr. Worthington because he was close to where I work. I'm so glad I found his office! He and the rest of the staff could not do a better job. They are friendly, caring and very accommodating. Dr. Worthington always gives and clearly explains options for treatment. Dental Hygienist Jaime is awesome; she's super friendly and always makes certain that there is as little discomfort as possible. Ashlyn at the front desk is outstanding. She is a scheduling wizard and very flexible when my plans need to change. Everyone at Northeast Family Dental is super friendly, very professional and really demonstrates how much they care for their patients in everything they do!

Been going to this location for 25 years. Just met Dr. Morales and found him professional and knowledgeable as he pointed out the treatment options for my issue. Staff is helpful. Hygienist Nadine is perfect; up-to-date and always in a good mood. Great dental facility.

I recently had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist was great! I just about fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth. That's a first. She was also, super polite, checking in with me every step of the way. The staff was professional and generally made the process easy. I will return and recommend them if you want a quick response for appointments and easy process start to finish.

I was down visiting my sister from Northern Washington, when I broke my tooth!! The staff at Smiles Dental were able to fit me in while I was still in town and tend to my dental emergency! Talk about efficient!! I wish I lived in the Portland area, Dr. Lee was fantastic and Deborah, the assistant, makes the best temporary crowns in the biz!!! No joke!. Alexis was able to work with my insurance quickly.I would definitely make Smiles Dental my official dental crew! Thank you all for your hard work and wonderful service!

Love it! The office is located in a super cute house and has lots of charm! Dr. Lee is so funny and made me feel very comfortable. Nadine is very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

Hygienists Nadine and Rachel are great. But I've been going to this office for 7 years, and there have been at least 4 different dentists during this time 2 dentist changes in 2 years since becoming Smiles. Currently there is no permanent dentist. Not happy with this aspect.

All of the staff I encountered were warm, friendly and professional. Five staff members interacted with me. Conscientious infection control was demonstrated consistently. They actively listened and accommodated my request. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.

They fired Nadine who has worked there for 31 years and is an excellent hygienist. They are lying to patients and telling them she retired. They robbed her of saying goodbye to all her loyal patients before her retirement . They will recommend you need many expensive procedures but I would get a second opinion. All they care about is money. I will not be going back.

When I started going here I liked having a female dentist and then she left. The new dentist is nice, the staff is nice but I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I call so making an appointment is a pain. Recently I asked the dentist not to give me epinephrine mixed with lidocaine for a procedure. He did it anyhow and my heart jumped out of my chest cause like before, it went systemically. It feels terrible. I will not return to this clinic because he ignored my request. He thought he knew best and went ahead with what he wanted. Epinephrine is not a requirement to numb gums it's a bonus. It only helps control bleeding. It wasn't necessary and this Starbucks gift card "sorry" is just sad.
