Great vegan food! The vegan pizza was surprisingly good, generously sized, and at very reasonable price. And the service was prompt and super friendly. Overall a great place for a quick & inexpensive vegan snack or lunch. Much more than I expected from even a good bagel shop! Update 5/28/2022: I stopped by again yesterday, and the food and service was just as pleasant as last time. I'm sure I'll be back! edit: I'm surprised to see all the recent negative reviews after I posted mine. I was there about two months ago and just got around to posting my review today, so maybe something has changed, but my experience was the opposite. It was a pleasant enough experience, and the food so good, that it's been in the back of my mind to leave the review since then, and I definitely plan on going back the next time I'm in the area and need a lunch break.

Mmm bagely goodness. Looking for some amazing NYC bagels in the hood… you’ve found the spot. The bonus you’ll get is the amazing flavored cream cheese options. Try cucumber dill or apple cinnamon savory vs sweet. Service is efficient and quick. Apple Pay accepted easily so leave the wallet at home. Seating outside if you want to take it slow covered and also easy access to the F train if you need to take it on the go.

This place is delicious. Wide open concept. They have all types of cream cheeses. My friends I and I got the bagel with lox, sausage egg and cheese bagel and the spinach with cheese pastry. All delicious and made fresh. Their coffee as well was really strong. They have plenty of street parking in the front as well

After a 5-day trip to NY and previously visiting many parts around the world, I want to say hands down this is the BEST food experience I’ve had. Yes, it isn’t an ultra luxurious spot, but it’s everything you would want from a local place: cozy, tasty, CLEAN, and the person that took care of us was super-nice especially considering NY’s standards lol. Even though we weren’t referred to them by anyone but rather chose them because they were the only ones open, I want to say it’s THE BEST SALMON BAGEL I’ve ever had. What else can you ask for? Thank you!

Amazing bagels and cream cheese. I tried the Brooklyn Lover with the Pastrami Lox, delicious! The dill cream cheese carries everything. Friendly staff, clean environment, numerous options, accepts g pay. Will come again.

Poor customer service, which I could overlook if they got my order correct. when standing at the back of the line where the bagels are being made, no one asked for our order. We went through the line to the cash register and tried to order there and were told we had to go back to where we originally were and order from the people making the bagels… still no one took our order, so eventually the cashier came over and took our order despite saying she didn’t take orders after we stood in line again. I ordered a plain bagel with bacon and jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. I received a plain bagel with either bacon or ham unsure and what appears to be blueberry cream cheese. Too bad I realized when I was already home and stood in line twice for an incorrect bagel.

Extremely disappointed in our order this morning and would caution others against ordering via Uber Eats. Ordered 7 bagels. Received 5 bagels. One of the bagels is sesame, which we did not ask for. Egg bagels and salt bagels are missing. Restaurant refused to refund for the missing and incorrect items.

Awesome chewy and crisp bagels of all kinds with a huge variety of cream cheeses I've never heard of. They have gluten free and vegan options. Creative delicious breakfast sandwiches. I'm definitely going back!

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. I used to love it, but now every time I order from here at least the last 5 times, something is missing or the order is incorrect. Today they forgot the lox, so I paid $17 for a bagel and cream cheese. I know they took my order correctly because the lady at the counter repeated it back to me and asked what type of cream cheese I wanted with the lox, so they weren’t paying attention when they made it. Not going back here anymore.

Freaking Joke of A place especially through Uber eats, I have ordered 3 times with them, and orders have either been completely different or missing whole items, how do you not see hot chocolate in my order. Y'all are ridiculous. I have asked for a toasted bagel, they literally threw a bagel inside the bag with a container of cream cheese, like I just paid for this and yet I have to do half the work for you. These people are not honest and honorable, extremely lazy and nonchalant.. Thank for the unforgettable service. if I could rate you guys Minus zero i would
