Had reliable service from them in the past. Recently, experienced major problems with the heating system, including a lot of down time. Costly repairs ultimately did not fix the problem, which will require further expenditures from another company. The process did not inspire confidence at all, and there was never any concern shown by the owner/operator.

Had been a longstanding customer and in need of oil. I left a message with their message service but did not hear back from the business. I called a few days later, and recognize it is a busy time of year. They stated they didn't receive my message, couldn't help me for another week even though I was out of oil. Additionally, they wouldn't refer me to another business who could have helped and it is worth mentioning the business is near the residence. Would have rated lower 1 star except for years of better service.

Will not be calling them again. I did not have an account with them but was willing to pay cash on delivery. She flat out said we take care of our own. What kind of customer service is that? I said how do i get oil if I don't have an account with somebody? She said, I don't know we take care of our own. That is a really crappy way to get customers. I guess COD isn't a good way to make money for them. I will spread the word of my experience with them. Maybe a customer service class should be in order for the receptionists.
