I had been a loyal customer before the previous owner had retired, but I had a horrible experience with the new owner and will be going back to the Mercedes dealership for any future services. I went for general maintenance and an hour after the service, my check engine light turned on. I made another appointment with them for the next day to see what was wrong. My car completely stopped running on the freeway on the way there. After the tow truck towed it to their shop they told me that two parts were broken and that it would be $1700 to fix. My car has less than 100,000 miles on it and didn’t have problems until i brought it here. I decided to tow the car to the Mercedes’ dealership instead of paying the $1700 and they told me that the fuel pump wasn’t closed correctly and everything was misaligned and charged me $726. The dealership also said nothing was broken and that someone touched the fuel pump when they were not supposed to without my request/consent.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve been taking my ‘98 e class Mercedes to them for the past 5+ years. With 275,000 miles on the odometer, I had to have the transmission rebuilt. It wasn’t cheap but it’s the first time I ever had any work on the transmission. i’m pleased with the work. Super smooth transmission now. Brought my e series Mercedes here to have the aux battery checked/replaced after getting the dashboard message that there was a failure with the aux battery. Raymond explained about the aux battery in the vehicle for my model year it wasn't mentioned in the manual and informed me of the estimated cost to fix replace battery. The actual cost of the battery came in cheaper than the est so good on Raymond and the team for keeping costs down! This was my 2nd time bringing my Mercedes to Smogit first time was for service B maint. I was happy with the cost and work done each time, so will be back.Service: Battery
