I bought some items from here, the clerk is really helpful and is one of the nicest persons I've worked with

I was sold a small vape pen that didn’t work. Even after charging it. Highly disappointed I paid $60 for something that didn’t work

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been purchasing the same product at $6.99 per. Today it's $9.99 per. I asked why and the guy looked at me with a blank stare and pulled the product back. I said to him that I would go around the corner and never return. He just smirked at me. I suspect price gouging. I went around the corner and purchased them for $7.99 per.

Was a little pricey but a good store

I got the feeling they didn't want my business more like I was bothering them. And their prices were high

I went in not totally sure what I wanted, and the employee was super helpful. I didn't take their recommendation, and after I left the vape I purchasednot the one recommended broke immediately. I went back in to see if there was anything that could be done, and they instantly agreed to swap it for their original recommendation, no issues at all. Stellar customer service.

I have been to this smoke shop a few times and didn't think they were too bad til this latest visit, I asked for a large bag of tobacco, and a couple boxes of tubes. I was looking at something in the store and I made my purchase and got home and found I had paid allot of money for merchandise I didn't asked for. I got a small bag of tobacco which wasn't even the brand that I asked for so basically to sum it all up I was charged for a large bag of tobacco when I got a small bag that so dry that it was impossible to roll. I had also asked for the receipt and found that it was not in the bag as well. I would suggest paying attention and be observant to what you are purchasing because you will get something you did not ask for and you'll get charged for it.

This family-run business provides stellar customer service; friendly, knowledgeable, humble, and personable. They seem to truly care about their livelihood. Great products and merchandise. And if they don't have something I'm looking for, the owners will make every effort to research and even stock desired product. Thank you Smokers Point for being an amazing, locally owned one-stop shop!
