Smoothie King

I am so happy to learn about this location, they have a drive thru!!! I came in after my eyes were dilated and the girls were extremely helpful. I asked for specific dietary needs and I was given many choices with what would be good for my taste preference. I was also told about the specials of the day. Service was great!

I was pretty happy when i found out there is a smoothie king in Olathe because I always go to the one at 135th OP like everyweek.. Well my first time at this location was when they just recently opened and my smoothie did not taste like anything i usually get which i understood they were new.. Tried it again today and it tasted like my normal drink, great- BUT it wasnt even near full. They were pretty skimpy on filling it up to the top. Pretty dissapointed, id rather drive to OP and where it taste great and you get what you pay for!

I wouldn't say that the smoothies were bad, but if you use fruits (which have a lot of sugar to begin with) I don't think you should add extra sugar into the smoothie as well. The other thing is to teach employees about Matcha Green Tea. The Matcha (the powder) does not like air, does not like heat, and does not like light. If opened it should always be put back in the fridge or if not used for a while, in the freezer. The smoothie I got with Matcha was completely overpowered by the added strawberries and Matcha was not right (I heard one employee argue with another about leaving the matcha out). I'm personally not going back here, but hopefully the employees can learn how to act in front of customers and how to take care of their ingredients.

I had the Hulk chocolate smoothie. It tasted pretty good, not great though. It tasted a lot like a protein shake that I would make at home. It was a decent meal replacement shake but not something I would want as a treat.

Absolutely terrible. It took the guy 10 minutes to place my order and then overcharged me. Then I would in an additional 15 minutes for my smoothie to get made. When I asked him why it still has not been made he stated oh well I was busy with drive-thru. I said when I drove in there was no one in the Drive-Thru so you just skipped my order and continue to place three additional drive-thru hours instead of mine. He said well not my fault. Had no since of customer service at all!!
