Worse visit ever two people working worse attitude ever and didn't care even wouldn't answer phone had to come in for curbside order that was 10 minutes late. Even called me by wrong name

The store is posted that it closes at 9pm and the door was locked before 530pm. And the drive thru guy is slow.

Terrible experience. 15 minutes for two smoothies, and they were rude and just twiddling their thumbs instead of fulfilling orders. I wish they didnt ask for payment up front because I would have never tipped them

Usually this place is great gets us done fast and makes it right. But today it was slower and I'm pretty sure the smoothie that guy's not the Smoothie order however I have to get to work so I can't go back.

Just had about $150 walk out the door because 15 people are sitting inside waiting of drinks for 15-30 min. The manager keeps telling people that the drive through is a priority. Piss poor policy's create piss poor results.

Staff was very rude. I went through the drive thru, had to repeat my order 4 times before they had it correct. When I got to the window, instead of just apologizing, the person at the window had an attitude, fed me some excuse about their speaker, and told me to calm down. All I did was repeat my order multiple times. Hadn't said anything rude. Hadn't made any snide comments. She chose to get mouthy with me. Probably won't be back to this location.

The rudest staff. I Refuse to go to this east location because of the snide/condescending staff. --- Please go to the west location, they are all kind on the west side.

Fridays are the best days to go since they have specials. All smoothies I have tried are good. The only complaint I have is at the Rock Rd location the drive thru speaker is horrible. As expensive as smoothies are you think they could invest in a speaker so you can actually hear the person while placing your order....amd it was definitely the speaker NOT the nice girl taking orders.

This mornings drive through was long, I pulled out of line to order inside thinking it would be faster. To my surprise one person was running the drive through, walk in customers and online orders. She did an amazing job at handling it all alone and my complaint is not with her. Smoothie King you should offer better customer service by employing the right amount of staff. I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie and that should not be. Please hire one other person and treat staff better by not putting so much on them. That is why people leave their employers.
