Smoothie King

I placed a online order through the mobile app. Order was confirmed, I then went to the Lincoln St location to pick up my order only to find the door locked and lights off….. I tried to call neighboring locations to see if I could pick my order up there but they all said I was “out of luck”. I’m pregnant and really wanted my SMOOTHIE. I also need a refund but can’t get into contact with the store.

This is a nice little smoothie shop. They sell several different things that you can make your own smoothies with at home. Personally I like Tropical Smoothie better. I just like the taste and the textures of Tropical Smoothies a little better. This place is clean, and also has good customer service. The smoothies do taste good, but it's just not my first choice though.

If you find a parking near the entrance, you are in luck. Otherwise just a standard smoothie king. The guy who took my order was new, so the service was slower but luckily I wasn't in a hurry. Smoothie was alright, I got peices of banana in my smoothie. There is some seating in the store.

This was my first time at this location. Firstly, the 2 young ladies working were so friendly and helpful. I asked for a recommendation on a drink they were very helpful with ideas I may like for my taste and I ended up getting a yogurt strawberry blueberry, it was the best.... now my favorite. Also I must mention how clean the store was behind the counter and lobby area. I highly recommend coming here!

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There are so many smoothie options and I'm an indecisive person so on my first visit an employee helped me navigate the menu and was happy to do so. I come here often now and today Mora was so kind to me when I walked in. This place is always a five star experience.

Pretty hit or miss location. Was good for a while but lately has been not great. Sometimes the smoothies are awesome and properly made! Other times the ratios are totally off. Got a mango-strawberry recharge with vanilla protein added, pretty sure there's no mango and wayyy too much protein Also seems to be chronically understaffed.

Went to smoothie king for the first time today around 4pm. Says they are open until 9. The smoothies were decent but definitely not made to the proper portions they filled our cups and still had enough to fill two more cups that was wasted. That's concerning more from a business point of view employees are wasting your products. But the main reason for the 2 star review is because we walked in and said hello and both employees ignored us. They served us immediately but refused to speak to us. We let them know we've never been before so we'd need a few minutes and they just walked away. We luckily didn't have any questions. We then said thank you and goodbye and again got no reply. Over all the service is what made the visit very poor. Also we were the only ones in the store so it's not like they were busy and rushed. They mopped the floors around us basically pushing us around out of the way with the mop.

I moved from AZ to Ga and was on a visit to my to see my mom in SC I decided to try smoothie King out as I've never visited one before.. I gave the guy a recipe of ingredients for a certain taste I was going for, Although he didn't have all of the ingredients somehow he NAILED IT! ‍‍It was a Amazing!!! Thanks Smoothie King I WILL be locating one in GA. Hope they do as good a job as the South Carolina location

They always make sure to make my smoothies just the way I like them. I visit almost daily. The quality of the smoothies and the customer service are consistently up to par.
