Smoothie & Pretzel Co

The guy working looked like he hated his life. In any retail job, it’s part of your job description to act like you love what you do...or at least fake it halfway decently. But what gets the one star from me is the fact that he didn’t wear gloves. I don’t care if you just washed your hands, you ALWAYS wear gloves when handling food (which he was, making my smoothie...).

These pretzels are the best in the universe every time I come to the malls I buy them. There store should've called universe best pretzels that is how good they are

I keep coming back hoping for a different experience and it's always the same. The people who work here are very nice, but the pretzels are not good. The pretzel texture is as if they rose and then fell flat. They're hard at certain parts like they've sat for a while. The colour is super yellow and they only taste like butter. They're thin and barely have any salt on them. The cheese isn't great, but it's not awful. The texture is strange, like thick and almost chunky instead of smooth and creamy. I can get a full combo of fast food elsewhere for $6.50, which is a large soda, pretzel and cheese. I threw my pretzel away after two bites this time. It's usually pretty devoid of customers too when I show up.

Great pretzels, amazing smoothies, exceptional service. I have no idea why the other reviewer is so negative.
