My wife and I were visiting from Miami and decided to stop at the Smythson location inside of The Oculus as well as the location in Madison Ave. Both stores have quality stationery as well as leather goods. We were serviced by both Drew and Monica and we couldn't have left happier. We feel we not only left with new purchases but new friends as well! We look forward to visiting again in our next trip!

I was just walking by the store and was drawn by the beautiful display and went in to take a look, I am so glad I did! Not only do they have the most beautiful leather goods that is hand made in England, they also do personalization for any items you purchase by stamping the words/names you want. The store staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products - I told them I was looking for a gift for my friend's birthday, they gave me quite a few great suggestions including travel wallets, journals, jewelry box, ipad case. I was having a hard time to choose one! But store staff asked me what my friend likes most and help me pick a great item. Oh I even found out that I can do personalized stationary/cards there too! so I also have a personalized card made together with my gift for my friend. Sweet!

Love this store. The staff , store and products are beautiful. This is where the Royal Family of England buys there stationary, leather goods and more. The staff here are all soo nice, personable and friendly. Definitely worth checking out. Bring your wallet $$$ they can be pricey but worth it.

I dropped by the WTC shop to pick up some paper and envelopes today. What a pleasure! The saleswoman was knowledgeable and charming. Fast wonderful service. Great experience! I highly recommend!
