I purchased a two wax special here from Groupon which I use a lot and have never had any complaints and this was by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I had to call numerous times to get through to even get my first appointment. Once I had an appointmentwhich I had to wait an entire month for by the way was canceled the day before and had to be rescheduled at the last minute. I finally got to go to my first wax, which was OKAY at best had much better, but that was the least of my worries. I finally got an appointment so I was happy. I scheduled my second appointment for four weeks later like normal and everything was okay. The day of my second appointment as I'm driving there I get a TEXT from Nicole about my appointment needing to be rescheduled. I have not heard back from Nicole since. I have left numerous calls and texts. Nothing. Do not purchase this deal off of Groupon. If you are not a regular you will not get timely service. I understand it is a one person show but I find it very inconsiderate and such an inconvenience to not let people know you really don't have any openings and to put new clients on the back burner. Groupon refunded me my money but I definitely felt others should know this information. I suggest trying another spa where there are numerous estheticians and ran better.
Absolutely the best service in New Orleans! Nicole is very knowledgeable and just plain amazing! She takes great care regarding cleanliness. She is very down to earth and so helpful in getting me on track with proper skin care. Love this place and my skin loves it too! I highly recommend!
To start with, if i could put 0 stars i would. I have never written a review in my life on anything. With that being said, i purchased a deep cleansing facial on groupon she doesnt seem to like customers who buy on groupon, she wont return your calls if you mention groupon in the voicemail and called to make an appointment after the purchase. She never answered, i probably called 20 times and still nothing. If i hadnt purchased the facial already spent money then wouldnt of even wasted my time after the first call but I had my mother call and leave a voicemail leaving out the whole groupon detail and she ended up calling right back. My mother made the appointment for me and mentioned the groupon after the appointment was made, she said it was fine and she'd see me Wednesday at 11. I arrive Wednesday 20 mins early was raised to always arrive atleast 15mins before an appointment She was not there so i figured i was early and ill just wait... I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a no show and didnt have the decency to call. I am a single mom, and i almost NEVER get the opportunity to do something for myself so needless to say, i was really looking forward to the stressfree facial. For her to waste my time and my money like that, really upset me and im writing this so no one else will make the same mistake i did. Thank you and God bless.
I would also give a zero if I could. I have been trying for a month to make an appointment, I've called, left messages and showed up. I've never received a call back or had my calls answered. At her shop the doors were locked and she never opened. I've never put a review but I had to this time. My thoughts is that she's trying to steal money from anyone that purchased a groupon for her "business". She has been reported.
Nicole is nice, easy going, and really comfortable to talk to. Which makes receiving any treatment easy.
If I could give a 0 I would - I made Groupon refund me because she was extremely rude and did not answer my phone calls. Terrible & unprofessional!
